  • Please note that each Goose Chase Design product is unique. Due to the printing and photographic processes involved in their production, slight variations in colour and design may occur.


  • We reserve the right to make changes to product information and prices without prior notice.


    • Payment

  • All customers are required to pay in full before orders are dispatched.


  • Debit and credit card payments can be processed securely online via our Paypal facility. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.


  • If you prefer to pay by cheque, please make it payable to Sarah Nelson, print your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteered amount and expiry date on the back, and post it to us.


  • All the personal information that you disclose is used soley by Goose Chase Design and will not be passed on to any other party.

  • We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not satisfied, notify us within 7 days of receipt, and return the goods, in their original condition to:

    When we receive returned goods we will refund or exchange them. Postage and packaging costs are non - refundable and are at your expense. We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery, or ask for proof of postage from the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit.
